Landscape Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently use hand tools (e.g., picks, shovels) for construction tasks.
• Follow directions from higher-ranking personnel.
• Collaborate effectively with the crew.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
• Prioritize safety and learn new skills.
• Execute orders with Service, Quality, and Character.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscape construction or similar is required.
• Must possess a California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and wiring preferred.
• Familiarity with planting trees and shrubs.
• Understanding of subsurface and surface drainage.
• Intermediate understanding of landscape construction steps.
