This includes submittal preparation, construction document management, material ordering, subcontractor management, coordination with field staff, and vendor relations. You may also assist with proposal and estimating operations. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Issue material purchase orders to vendors and coordinate deliveries with crew supervisors and vendors.</li><li>Generate plant and tree lists for nursery vendor bids.</li><li>Assist Construction Managers with problem-solving as directed.</li><li>Attend site meetings or visit project sites as necessary.</li><li>Track and submit RFIs to designers during the estimating and construction phases.</li><li>Print and organize construction documents; upload electronic drawings to PlanGrid.</li><li>Follow up on client change orders.</li><li>Complete project submittal packages during pre-construction and prepare closeout/warranty documents during project closeout.</li><li>Generate accurate material takeoffs using STACK software.</li><li>Obtain quotes from material vendors and subcontractors.</li><li>Attend bid opening or pre-bid meetings as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must hold a valid driver's license with a favorable DMV record.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally as needed, typically within a 100-mile radius of Cameron Park.</li><li>Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and comfortable working with various software systems.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals.</li><li>Strong desire to be part of a close-knit, supportive team environment.</li><li>Open to learning and completing tasks as needed to support the team.</li><li>Highly organized and a self-starter who requires minimal direction.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.</li><li>Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.</li><li>Team player with the ability to contribute to a team-centric culture.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full- Time</li><li>Competitive salary at $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience.</li><li>Health and Dental Insurance</li><li>Life and disability insurance</li><li>401k</li><li>Paid time off, vacation, sick days, and holidays.</li><li>Professional development opportunities.</li><li>Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.</li></ul>Apply today to join a company where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded.&nbsp;
